The following terms and conditions govern all relations between the company Bling, whose registered office is located at 35 rue de L'Egalité, 62580 Vimy, France, registered with the R.S.E.I.R.L. of Arras under the number 834 391 369, hereinafter referred to as Hyperbling, and the customers of the website www.blingstudio.fr.

Prior to any transaction, the client acknowledges that he/she has read these terms and conditions and expressly declares that he/she accepts them when clicking on the "Place Order" button.
Article 1 : Special conditions of sale
The customer acknowledges that he/she has taken note of the special conditions of sale stated on the screen (name, price, quantity, description, materials, dimensions, colour, particularity of the products, cost of the services) and expressly declares to accept them without reserve.
Article 2 : Validity of the order
The offer on the website www.blingstudio.fr is exclusively for customers with a postal address in France or Europe.
Article 3 : Order confirmation
Hyperbling confirms receipt of an order by means of an email entitled "hyperbling · Order confirmation", sent from the email address info@blingstudio.fr.
Hyperbling reserves the right not to confirm an order, depending on the availability of the products, a foreseeable problem concerning delivery, a dispute relating to a previous order, or an incomplete or abnormal payment. In this case, Hyperbling will inform the client at the latest 5 working days after the order has been registered, and will proceed without delay to refund the client or request additional information concerning payment.
If only one product in an order is unavailable, the rest of the available order will be shipped.
Article 4 : Price
The indicated prices are in euros. The currency of the order is the euro.
Hyperbling reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices in force at the time the order is placed, subject to their availability at that time.
Article 5 : Payment terms
Payment can be made by credit card via the secure Stripe server, or by Paypal.
Hyperbling has no access to bank details and does not store them on its servers.
Article 6 : Retention of title
The products remain the property of Hyperbling until the order is fully paid for.
Article 7 : Delivery terms and deadlines
Hyperbling confirms the dispatch of an order by means of an email entitled "hyperbling · Shipping confirmation", sent from the email address info@blingstudio.fr.
It may take up to 3 working days after the order has been registered to dispatch it.
The order is sent by the postal service, by Colissimo, to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
Delivery costs are free for orders over 50,00 € in France.
The approximate delivery time, from the day of departure from the shop, is 2 · 3 working days in France and 4 · 8 working days in Europe.
Article 8 : Right of withdrawal
All return requests must be validated by email at the following address : info@blingstudio.fr, otherwise they will be refused. All returns must be accompanied by a duly completed return form, which is sent by email after acceptance of the return request. The return form is also on the back of the invoice, delivered in the package with each order.
The product can be refunded provided that it is returned in its new condition and complete original packaging, and accompanied by the duly completed return form. Under no circumstances must the product be used.
From the day the customer receives the product, he/she have 14 days to return it. Once this period has passed, no returns will be accepted. The package must be returned to the following address : Hyperbling, 6 rue Monserby, 31500 Toulouse, France. Return shipping costs are at the client's expense.
The balance of the order will be credited back to the bank or Paypal account used for the payment of the returned product, within 15 days following the reception of the return product.
Article 9 : Intellectual property
The client is prohibited from copying or downloading all or part of the content of the www.blingstudio.fr website, except with the prior and express authorization of Hyperbling, which remains the sole owner of all intellectual property rights relating to it.
Article 10 : Applicable law
The present general terms and conditions of sale are subject to french law.
